Shipping times vary depending on your location and also my print house. At the checkout you will see an estimated guideline on how long these will take. If you are working to a deadline, please send me an email send me an email and I will get back to you ASAP.

All my prints are printed and shipped from Australia. Please understand that international shipping takes time and is quite pricey and I have done my best to cover what I can of the shipping costs. The shipping cost is paid per order making purchasing a few items at once a cheaper method than seperately. Please contact me via email if you have any further questions.

Unless otherwise specified my photography is printed on a Beautiful Kodak Lustre Paper. This paper has superior colour and tonal capabilities with redused glare when compared to a glossy paper. Perfect for your household wall with standard celling lights.

Unless otherwise specified all printing is done by Streets Imaging in West End, Queensland. They are normally pretty quick to print and ship my work. Please allow for delays during busy seasons. Please contact me via email for any queries relating to these prints including concerns on printing times and unsatisfactory quality in a received print.

As these images are printed custom per order returns will not be offered due to change of mind, however in some cases a financial agreement may be made on replacement or acontact Medditional prints.

In the event that the recieved print is damaged or of poor quality, please contact me to arrange for a replacement. Please understand that this may take time as I will need to contact both the print house and the courier to determine the best outcome.

Frames are supplied by Frames Now a Victorian based framing company. Please allow for extra time if requesting a framed image as I need to acquire the frames and then do the actual framing.
